Develop mood boards, sketches and 3D visualisations.
Space planning and preliminary material selection.
Finalise material specifications, furniture and finishes.
Client agrees overall project design concept - frozen design.
Create technical drawings to assist estimation to produce a cost for the project.

Authority to proceed from client.
Purchase agreements completed.
10-day pre-site mobilisation – defined programme of works developed, pre construction phase plan developed and provide to all teams.
Site manager allocated to the project to oversee health and safety on site.
Evaluation of all contract team risk assessments and method statements.
Services and materials ordered.
Construction phase commences and the project is developed from plans and black and white into a client’s new environment.
During construction phase - internal and external (health and safety) site visits to monitor progress.
Project manager continual visits to ensure quality and progress.
Project manager and client site meeting to show progress and any potential changes.
