Swanson Mackay

Swanson Mackay appointed Rowan Mill to refurbish their store on Penarth Road in Cardiff, transforming both customer-facing and staff areas. The fit-out included the development of their front-of-house facilities, including a welcoming retail space, as well as dedicated office staff areas. We created a spacious boardroom, a functional tea point, and modern WC facilities to enhance the workplace. Additionally, we designed a mezzanine level in the back of house, efficiently utilising their existing warehouse space to meet the company’s operational needs. The result is a balanced and functional environment that supports both staff and customer experiences.
