Springboard Innovation Centre

We transformed an open-plan ground floor space at the Springboard Innovation Centre into two fully functional laboratory environments, one specifically designed for a tenant. The fit-out included new floor finishes and wall decoration, ensuring a fresh and professional aesthetic. For the tenanted suite, we installed new AC units to maintain optimal conditions, along with high-quality lab furniture to support their operations. Additionally, we integrated fume extraction ventilation and wall-mounted regulator units, seamlessly connected to an external condenser unit, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
