At Rowan Mill, we had the privilege of delivering the fit-out for G2 Recruitment, transforming an open-plan CAT A space at Two Kingsway in Cardiff into a vibrant and functional workplace. Designed to align with the client’s existing UK offices, the space was tailored to their specific needs. It features a welcoming entrance, a spacious tea point with ample dining and activity areas—including a dedicated darts space—alongside a mix of meeting rooms and pods. An open-plan office was created for the sales department, complemented by a dedicated storage and printer area. Bright pops of colour, biophilic elements, and carefully selected furniture reflecting the client’s branding contribute to an engaging and inviting environment. A large screen installation in the sales area further enhances collaboration and productivity.
