Bron Yr Aur Properties – Electoral Commission

We were entrusted by Bron-Yr-Aur Properties to deliver the fit-out of the third floor at James William House for the Electoral Commission. The project was designed to create a versatile and functional workspace, incorporating a mix of fixed desking and collaborative hot-desking areas. Flexible meeting spaces were introduced to support dynamic working, alongside a spacious tea point with a comfortable soft seating breakout area. The space also features modern WC and washroom facilities, ensuring a smart and well-equipped workplace.

To reflect the company’s identity, colourful and artistic graphics inspired by the city of Cardiff were incorporated, tying into the Electoral Commission’s branding. Bright pops of colour were also integrated into the furniture finishes and floor coverings, aligning the design with their other office fit-outs across the UK.
