We brought CES’s vision to life by uniting five separate sites into a single, purpose-built headquarters at Ffynnon Menter in Swansea. This £2.4 million project completely reimagined the three-storey building, replacing outdated cellular offices with light-filled, open-plan spaces designed to promote collaboration, flexibility, and efficiency.
The new HQ delivers a full suite of high-quality amenities, including modern office facilities, a gym for staff wellbeing, an expansive training suite capable of hosting large groups, and a vibrant social hub that fosters interaction, teamwork, and a strong sense of community. Behind the scenes, all MEP services were upgraded to the latest performance and efficiency standards. Existing furniture was integrated with carefully selected new pieces to strike a balance between familiarity and a contemporary aesthetic. The layout was expertly planned to maximise adaptability, ensuring the space can meet CES’s current operational needs while allowing for future growth and expansion.
Delivered in three coordinated phases over 10 months, the fit-out was timed to coincide with lease expirations, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted transition for staff. The result is a modern, resilient workplace that reflects CES’s ambitions and provides a robust foundation for its continued success.
