Following the departure of the previous tenants, Rowan Mill was appointed by the landlord of Bryn House to deliver CAT A works across 22,000 sq. ft. of office space over two floors.
The works focused on refreshing and modernising the space, including new flooring and ceilings throughout, alongside the removal of existing partitions to create a more flexible, open-plan environment and improve the building’s fire strategy.
External areas were also cleaned and made good, improving the overall appearance of the building and creating a high-quality blank canvas ready for future tenants.
